Bridal Shower

Bring together all of the ladies to share in the memories of your single days and cheer you on towards your married future. Let Sassy Girl Weddings & Events bring together your girlfriends for a classy (or wild), light-hearted gathering filled with food (chocolate!), drink (martinis anyone?), games (with martinis) and gifts (more chocolate). If chocolate and martinis aren't your thing, I'm sure no one will complain about ice cream and cake and chips and cookies and shakes...oooh yeah!

Bachelorette Party

Now it's time to let loose and shake off that single syndrome. Get the girls together for a raging farewell party to the Miss title! Whether you want to rent a party bus to Vegas or hit a local club, let SGW plan the Girls' Nite Out.

Detox Day

Now that you've had that crazy night, it's time to recover and start preparing for your wedding day. SGW will plan a Detox Day for you and your closest friends and family (or whomever you think needs help recovering from your bachelorette party). Head to the spa for some pampering and relaxation; massages, facials, mud baths, pedicures, manicures...ahhhh.

Bachelor Party

Since men are too manly to have groom showers and usually just want to head straight to the crazy party, SGW will plan your farewell to bachelorhood party. This is your last hurrah as a bachelor, and we can make it memorable (but we leave it to you to remember it the next day). We'll plan your big night out with the boys so that your last night as a single man is fun (but not too fun - you still have to get married y'know).

Detox Day

And you thought pampering was just for girls. We realize that after a crazy night out with the boys, you need some detoxification as well. It's the new trend for men - massages, pedicures, manicures, and facials. You can get the same treatment as the girls; we won't tell anyone, but we'll plan it for you.

Before you can celebrate your union, many technicalities have to be planned and organized. It IS stressful, but we can handle it. This is the Sassy Girl Weddings & Events wedding planning and coordination tier. This package includes the entire planning process from vendor research and selection to wedding day coordination. After meeting with the bride- and groom-to-be, we will gauge your personalities, likes, and dislikes and assemble a selection of vendors for your wedding. We will do a strict evaluation and comparison of vendors in each category and bring you in to select the final winner. Sassy Girl Weddings & Events will manage the vendor relationship from booking through delivery on your wedding day so that you can be the bride or groom and that's it. It's MY Wedding!

Description:
Week-of Coordination Package - $1500-$2500 based on guest count - includes rehearsal and day-of coordination

Month-Of Coordination also available.

Week-of packages include 1 on-site planning session and unlimited emails/phone correspondence. Additional meetings can be arranged at a rate of $75/hr. Assistant Event Managers are required for events exceeding 75 attendees at a rate of $150 per assistant per 50 additional guests.


Sassy Girl Weddings & Events realizes that the wedding day is YOUR day and many brides- and grooms-to-be wish to plan their own big day. For this reason, we can step in when you need to actually have your wedding so you don't have to worry about guests and flowers or the photographer and the cake. You decide what themes and vendors to use, and you design your dream wedding. Your SGW coordinator(s) will step in a few weeks before your wedding to finalize all paperwork, plans, payments, schedules, deliverables and whatever is needed to make sure that your wedding plans are complete and ready to go. We will run your rehearsal and be on-site your entire wedding day to oversee all of the logistics and ensure that your event team is in place and functioning as planned. We will be there to ensure that you are able to celebrate WITH your guests, making it possible for you and your guests to have the time of your lives celebrating your momentous occasion. Thanks for Coming

Description:
Gifts and Thanks to your family and friends - $50/hour

In celebration of your momentous wedding, your friends and family members have been lending a hand (or at least they showed up for the big celebration). Let Sassy Girl Weddings & Events be your personal shopper and find that perfect gift to say thank you to your bridal party and family. We can find that perfect gift for your bridesmaids and groomsmen whether you tell us what you want or leave it up to our creativity. We can put together Welcome Baskets and/or Thank You Baskets for your VIP guests. We can make brunch arrangements and handle hotel accommodations and transportation for your guests. Big or small, thank those that gave their support and approval along your journey to marriage.

The Wizard of Oz

Description:
The man behind the curtain Wedding Consultation Only - $200 for the first hour, $100 each additional hour

Sassy Girl Weddings & Events realizes that many couples wish to handle the entire task of wedding planning but may not know where to start or who to call. Since our vendor and locations database is so massive and our relationships with top industry professionals so strong, we can give you the tools to do it yourself. An SGW consultant will meet with you to share our industry knowledge in exchange for your wedding vision. We will give you a crash course on how to plan your wedding, who to seek, what questions to ask, and what to expect. Once we provide you with the tools, we step back behind the curtain and let you work the magic and plan your dream wedding.
